The circular stockyard stacker reclaimer is a kind of large, environment-friendly, continuous and efficient bulk material handling machine, integrating cantilever stacker reclaimer and scraper reclaimer. It is applicable to docks, steel plants, cement plants, large fossil fuel power station and mines, which can load and unload iron ore (sand), coal, sand, limestone, cement and so on. The circular stacker reclaimer is covered by a hemispherical grid shell. And during the stacker reclaimer operation, it is concentrated within the rotating range of the center and is not affected by adverse weather such as typhoons. At the same time, the range of dust that generated is small and confined in a fixed area. Therefore, it effectively solves the large-scale pollution caused by the large amount of dust generated during the operation of the stacker reclaimer in the conventional open strip coal yard, which is both beautiful and environmental-friendly and has high comprehensive benefits, with advantages such as large storage capacity, small floor space, high utilization rate of space, high safety and reliability, and good environmental protection benefits. There are two distinct layers of stacking and reclaiming rotating mechanisms during the reclaiming and stacking operations, forming two sets of non-interfered and relatively independent operating systems of the stacker and reclaimer, achieving simultaneous stacking and reclaiming operations.
Our company currently has various specifications of circular stacker-reclaimer tracks ranging from 45m to 120m.
Circular stacker-reclaimer includes split arm circular stacker-reclaimer, portal circular stacker-reclaimer, bridge bucket wheel circular stacker-reclaimer, bridge scraper circular stacker-reclaimer. It mainly consists of: stacking steel structure, stacking belt conveyor, stacking rotation mechanism, central column, central funnel, cantilever steel structure, reclaiming rotation, reclaiming walking mechanism, reclaiming pitch mechanism, scraper reclaimer, auxiliary structure, electrical driver's cab, electrical system, hydraulic system, lubrication device and dust removal system.
The stacker is a horizontal cantilever type with a central column as the center to rotate and stack materials. The materials are discharged through the head of the stacker belt conveyor and directly stacked towards the stockyard. The stacker rotates at a certain angle to stack materials on a slope until they are stacked into an annular pile. The stacking method is a continuous composite pile composed of a herringbone shape and an inclined layer.
The reclaimer mainly consists of gantry steel structure (rotating steel structure), scraper reclaimer, reclaiming pitch mechanism, reclaiming rotary platform, and reclaiming walking mechanism (reclaiming rotary drive mechanism). The portal reclaimer has a reasonable structure, and most of the weight of the gantry is borne by the retaining wall, which significantly improves the stress state of the central column and makes it operate more smoothly. The reclaiming method is a full face stepped reclaiming method.
