Cantilever stacker
Cantilever stacker (abbreviated as stacker) is a large, continuous and efficient bulk machine. It is suitable for stacking bulk materials with a particle size of 0~100 mm and a bulk density of materials of 0.35~2.8 t/m3. It excels in stacking bulk materials in storage yards of large and medium-sized fossil fuel power station, docks, mines, metallurgy, chemical industry, paper mill and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is quite efficient for continuous loading and unloading of modern industrial bulk materials. It has been widely used for the stacking operation of the storage yards of bulk materials (ore, coal, coke, sand and gravel) in ports, docks, metallurgy, cement, steel plants, coking plants and coal storage plants. There are three stacking methods: fixed point stacking method, rotary stacking method and long pile auxiliary construction method. And by means of continuous herringbone stacking method, raw materials with different physical and chemical properties can be mixed and treated to improve their physical and chemical properties, with small component fluctuations, thereby simplifying production processes and operations of users, improving technical and economic indicators, and achieving significant economic benefits. The cantilever stacker equipment consists of cantilever stacker belt conveyor, walking mechanism, steel structure of stacker, rotating mechanism, tail car system, electrical system, electrified reel, driver's cab, track system, counterweight, pitching mechanism and so on.
