Cement bulk machine
The cement bulk machine is the equipment that automatically transports the clinker (<= 50mm) from the warehouse to the clinker bulk vehicle. The cement clinker bulk equipment at the bottom of the warehouse is mainly composed of manual rod valve, electric sector valve, winch device, telescopic discharge device, dust collection hose, capacitive limit switch, electric control system and other parts. Users can also choose the warehouse side clinker bulk equipment.

Working principle of cement bulk machine
When the transportation tool enters the loading position, open the rod valve for the corresponding number of rods. Press and hold the "lowering button" of the control cabinet, the power supply of the lifting motor will be automatically disconnected after the blanking head is in place, press the "loading button" to enter the unloading state, and the auxiliary equipment will start to work accordingly. The dust generated by unloading will enter the dust collector through the feed hopper and be purified by the telescopic dust collecting hose. When the material in the lower head is full, the blanking head will rise and give an alarm. The rising distance shall be set before unloading distance, then adjust the time of the time relay to T = I/V. During the ascending process, the material is always charged. When the material head is full, repeat the above actions. After reaching the material full position, press the stop button to make the electric vibrator brake in reverse, or close the fan valve to stop the work. After parking, press the up button to let the lower hopper leave the material for a certain distance to ensure that the transportation tool is shifted and then aligned with the second unloading station. Until the entire silo is full.
