Product Introduction
Power plant fly ash bulk machine (dry ash bulk machine) is mainly used for power plant fly ash bulk and cement bulk in cement plant. Its main characteristics are different from those of general bulk machines. Materials are isolated from traction mechanism, which improves the operation rate of equipment and is more conducive to dust removal of equipment. This equipment is equipped with fully automatic bulk loading and shipping equipment matched with unloader, conveying chute, vibrating hopper and other feeding equipment, and the whole working process is in a closed state, effectively prevent dust from escaping.
Structural features
The retractable bulk machine consists of transmission bracket, hoisting mechanism, transmission device, loose rope mechanism, channel steel seat, material level meter, dust suction fan, blanking pipe, dust suction pipe and bulk head. The material flows into the material tank by its own weight through the blanking pipe, and the dust between the blanking pipe and the dust suction pipe is discharged into the dust bag or ash warehouse through the dust suction fan. The feeding pipe and the suction pipe are telescopic pipes, with the help of which the lifting and lifting of the bulk head is realized by the winch transmission system, its safety control device and the loose rope mechanism.
• The descending head of the dry ash bulk machine is lined with rubber layer, which is tightly sealed with the tanker.
• The descending head is of double-cone structure, and the blanking port is automatically closed after lifting.
• The material level meter adopts the original imported solid tuning fork limit switch, which is of good quality, sensitive, accurate and reliable.

Operation sequence
After the carrying car is in place, a semi-automatic control mechanism is adopted to lower the bulk head. When the bulk head is tightly connected with the upper part of the ash inlet of the car, the automatic control mechanism is turned on again. Automatically turn on the fan, then turn on the upper feeder, and start blanking into the car. When the tank is full, the material level gauge senses and sends a signal. The corresponding electronic control and pneumatic control systems automatically turn off the upper feeder, automatic lifting bulk head, complete a discharge process.
The feeder and the dust suction fan are locked with each other during the two processes of loading and unloading. That is, the former action is executed, and the latter action cannot be opened or closed. The above sequence shall be disrupted and the interlock shall be released.
Precautions
1. During operation, be sure to align the blanking pipe of the bulk head with the tank mouth, otherwise overflow accident will occur;
2. When loading, the sudden occurrence of dust, indicating that the discharge is not smooth, should immediately stop blanking, do not lift the bulk head;
3. When the bulk head has fallen and the steel rope is loose, the hoist stops to prevent the steel rope from being too loose and disorderly. Therefore, attention should be paid during operation. If the bulk head is confirmed to have fallen to the specified position and the indicator light is still not on, it indicates that the loose rope switch has failed. The feeding should be stopped immediately, and the bulk head should be lifted for maintenance;
4. When loading, if the material level meter still does not send out a signal when the material is full, stop blanking immediately and lift the bulk head. If the material is full, it indicates that the control of the material level meter is out of order and should be overhauled immediately;
5. During the charging process, if overflow occurs, the blanking should be stopped immediately. Do not lift the bulk head when the bulk head is full of materials. Remove the dust-proof suction pipe and lift the bulk head after the accumulated materials are drained;
6. The following material pipe telescopic is not flexible, you can adjust the length of the wire rope to make the telescopic freely. Installation and commissioning
1. After the equipment is installed, first run the manual empty car: start the winch device to make the bulk head drop and rise, and observe whether it is flexible and stable, then the following debugging work can be carried out:

Commissioning of loose rope limit switch will drop the bulk head to the stroke, so that the bulk head and the upper part of the ash inlet of the automobile material tank will be tightly connected, and the bulk head will continue to drop. At this time, the wire rope is in a loose state, and the loose rope limit switch should send a signal.
3. Debugging of the limit switch at the rising end of the bulk head When the bulk head rises to the specified suspension height, the limit switch on the hoisting device sends a signal to stop the rise of the bulk head.
Installation and commissioning
