The portal scraper reclaimer is non-standard customized equipment with a large mixing and reclaiming distance, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It has the characteristics of large storage capacity, small land occupation, high automation, high production capacity, and low pollution in the stockyard. It can cross the material pile and scrape various loose materials stacked in the stockyard. It has been widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, power, chemical engineering, cement.
There are two types of portal scraper reclaimers: full portal type and semi portal type. The semi portal scraper reclaimer is placed on one side of the retaining wall and arranged in pairs with the overhead crane stacker. Stacking and reclaiming operations do not interfere with each other and are carried out simultaneously so as to improve production efficiency.
The portal scraper reclaimer has a track span of 18m~65m. The gauge can also be adjusted according to the actual situation of the stockyard. The scraper reclaiming system can be a single scraper system or a double scraper reclaiming system depending on the amount of material taken.
The portal scraper reclaimer mainly consists of walking mechanism, active end beam, driven end beam, gantry steel structure, scraper reclaimer mechanism, pitch mechanism, auxiliary structure, lubrication system, hydraulic tensioning system, cable reel, electrical system, and detection limit position.
The semi portal scraper reclaimer, with one track on the ground and one track in the air, has increased space utilization by 50% and improved equipment operation stability.
