Purpose
YDDB high-temperature butterfly valve (high-temperature flue baffle), equipped with manual worm gear and worm or pneumatic or electric actuators, is widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, cement, and electric waste heat boiler systems, installed on high-temperature flue gas pipelines, and automatically controlled or cut off by receiving regulating signals.
Characteristics
The YDDB high-temperature butterfly valve body (high-temperature flue baffle) has a lined valve plate and valve seat, both made of OCr25Ni20, and the shaft is made of Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant stainless steel. The high-temperature butterfly valve (high-temperature flue baffle) has high strength and other performance. The structure is equipped with air blowing holes, which facilitate normal operation of the valve under high temperature conditions, reduce dust accumulation, and prevent the valve plate from getting stuck, thus ensuring flexible opening of the valve plate.
