Ⅰ. Structural characteristics
The ZGF-450/650 automatic regulating high-temperature butterfly valve is welded with stainless steel and carbon steel. It has advantages, such as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, reasonable structure, small flow resistance loss, flexible operation, clear indication direction, convenient maintenance and long service life. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. Equipped with electric actuators such as DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard and related accessories, it can achieve manual and automatic interference-free switching. It is ideal equipment for achieving automatic control operation and flow regulation through microcomputer programming, automatic control, or centralized control.

Ⅲ. Working principle
The electric actuator receives, transmits and adjusts control signals or manual signals from upper instruments such as DCS and PLC. The displacement of outputs angle drives the transmission shaft and transmits power to the valve shaft to drive the disc plate for synchronous movement, achieving the goal of full opening, full closing, and arbitrary adjustment. The openings of the electric actuator and the disc plate synchronously give the feedback of DC electrical signals of 0~10mA or 4~20mA. Users can control the arbitrary opening of the disc according to the current signal so as to achieve the purpose of adjustment.
Ⅳ. Installation and debugging
1. Valves installed horizontally or vertically should have their valve shaft in a horizontal position, and the actuator is not allowed to be used for lifting, and damage is strictly prohibited.
2. Before installation, clean the valve chamber and do not allow any debris or dirt to adhere to it.
3. Before installation, manually open and close the valve for one cycle, and make appropriate adjustments to the valve according to the user's work system requirements (standard adjustments have been made at the factory). After the operation is correct, place the valve in the fully closed state before installation.
4. During manual operation, the power should be cut off and no auxiliary lever should be added to the hand wheel. Turning the hand wheel clockwise indicates that the valve is closed, and vice versa indicates that it is open.
5. The installation of valves connected by flanges is shown in the schematic diagram, and the connecting bolts are evenly locked after adding sealing gaskets. In the debugging stage, debug the manual operation firstly, and then open the disc plate at an angle after running without any errors, and then debug the electric transmission part.
6. After debugging, conduct a comprehensive performance check: turn on the power to open and close the valve. When the valve reaches the "fully open" or "fully closed" position, the travel control mechanism should accurately cut off the power. While the torque limit mechanism is in a critical action state. The opening indicator mechanism should accurately display the opening status of the valve. When switching between manual and electric mechanisms, the power should be cut off.
Ⅴ. Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation, avoid hitting the valve, and the valve should be in the fully closed position to prevent damage to the disc and transmission components during transportation.
2. When the valve is horizontally placed for transportation, the transmission device and parts should be suspended to prevent the transmission shaft from being deformed and damaged due to excessive force.
3. The transmission device and parts should be treated with moisture-proof and rainproof measures.
4. The ZGF-450/650 automatic regulating high-temperature butterfly valve should be stored indoors in a dry place, and outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed. When stored for a long time, the valve should be kept closed, lubricating oil should be added to each transmission part, and the transmission device should be treated for preventing moisture and dust.
Ⅵ. Maintenance and repair
1. Regularly check the operation of each transmission part.
2. Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the electric actuator and reducer to ensure that the mechanical part of the ZGF-450/650 automatic regulating high-temperature butterfly valve is not damaged.
3. Regularly check the sealing condition of the valve shaft. If any sealing problems are found, please replace or add graphite packing.

2. The actuator models listed in the product legend and the tables shown in the sample book are the basic configurations of Nantong ChinaMining. If there is a need to configure additional actuators (explosion-proof, outdoor, adjustable, switch type, etc.), please refer to the corresponding configuration instructions in the sample appendix and label them after the basic models
3. When ordering, if the customer's actuator code is not specified, it should be configured according to the basic model of Nantong ChinaMining. The basic model is a regular device without any relevant requirements or accessories
