Power plant fly ash bulk machine
Power plant fly ash bulk machine (dry ash bulk loader) is mainly used for the bulk loading of fly ash in power plants and cement in cement plants. Its main characteristics are different from ordinary bulk machines. The materials are isolated from the traction mechanism, improving the operation rate of the equipment and making it more conducive to dust removal treatment. This equipment is a kind of fully automatic bulk loading and loading equipment for vehicles and ships, which is matched with feeding equipment such as unloaders, conveyor chutes, and vibrating hoppers, and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The entire working process is in a closed state to prevent dust from escaping.
Main structure and working principle
Expandable bulk loader consists of transmission bracket, winding mechanism, transmission device, rope loosening mechanism, channel steel seat, material level gauge, vacuum fan, discharge pipe, vacuum pipe, and bulk head. The material flows into the material tank through the discharge pipe by its own weight, and the dust between the discharge pipe and the vacuum pipe is discharged into the dust receiving bag or ash silo through a vacuum fan. The feeding pipe and vacuum pipe are retractable pipes, which can be lowered and raised. The lifting of the bulk head is achieved through the transmission system of the winch, its control device, and the rope loosening mechanism.
The descending head of dry ash bulk loader is lined with a rubber layer and tightly sealed with the tank car.
The descending head adopts a double cone structure, which automatically closes the feeding port after lifting.
The material level gauge adopts the original imported solid tuning fork limit switch, which is of good quality and is sensitive, accurate and reliable.

Installation and debugging
After the equipment is installed, first manually operate the empty machine: activate the winch device to lower and raise the bulk head, observe whether it is flexible and stable, and then proceed with the following debugging work:
The debugging of loose rope limit switch will lower the bulk head to the stroke, so that the bulk head is tightly connected to the upper part of the ash inlet of automobile material tank. The bulk head will continue to descend, and the steel wire rope will be in a relaxed state. The loose rope limit switch should send a signal.
When the bulk head rises to the specified suspension height, the upper limit switch of the winch device sends a signal to stop the bulk head from rising.

After the transport vehicle is in place, a semi-automatic control mechanism is used to lower the bulk head. When the bulk head is tightly connected to the upper part of the vehicle's ash inlet, the automatic control mechanism is then activated; automatically turn on the fan and then the upper feeder, and it starts to unload materials into the car. When the material tank is full, the level gauge senses and sends a signal, and the corresponding electrical and pneumatic control system automatically turns off the upper feeder. For a period of time (usually 4-6 seconds), the vacuum fan is automatically turned off, and the bulk head is automatically lifted to complete the unloading process.
The feeder and vacuum fan are mutually locked during the loading and unloading processes. Once the previous action is executed, the latter action cannot be opened or closed. To disrupt the above sequence, the interlock must be released.
Note
During operation, be sure to align the bulk head discharge pipe with the tank opening, otherwise an overflow accident may occur.
When dust suddenly occurs during loading, it indicates that the discharge is not smooth and should be stopped immediately. Do not lift the bulk head vertically.
When the bulk head has been lowered and the steel rope is loose, the winch stops to prevent accidents caused by excessive looseness of the steel rope. Therefore, attention should be paid during operation. If it is confirmed that the bulk head has been lowered to the specified position and the indicator light is still not on, it indicates that the loose rope switch has malfunctioned. The feeding should be stopped immediately, the bulk head should be lifted, and maintenance should be carried out.
When loading, if the material level gauge still does not send a signal after reaching the full material time, the unloading should be stopped immediately and the bulk head should be lifted. If the material is already full, it indicates that the control of the material level gauge is malfunctioning and should be repaired immediately.
During the loading process, if there is an overflow, the unloading should be stopped immediately. Do not lift the bulk head when it is filled with material. Instead, remove the dust from the vacuum tube and drain the accumulated material before lifting the bulk head.
If the discharge tube is not flexible in expansion and contraction, it can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the steel wire rope to make it flexible in expansion and contraction.
