Overview:
DBG1-10 fixed packaging machine is a new type of packaging product. Working principle:
The packaging machine is a unit packaging machine, and there is a small belt conveyor on the upper left side of the rack. The packaged cement package is transported to the small belt conveyor through a belt conveyor (referred to as the main belt conveyor), and then transported to the chute by the small belt conveyor. The cement package can slide down to the loading door through the chute and hit the travel switch on the inside of the loading door. At this time, the support plate descends. When it reaches the position, the cement package will be out of contact with the travel switch, and the support plate stops descending and wait for the next package of cement to enter the workstation and repeat the work process of the previous package. Repeat this process until the package amount is up to 10 and then the cement packages will flip onto the already placed handcart, then the support plate will move upwards to its initial position and repeat the above process.
