WCFzx material regulating gate
1. Overview
Material regulating gate is a type of regulating and cutting gate developed by Jiangsu ChinaMining based on the requirements of pneumatic conveying conditions. It is widely used in pneumatic conveying systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry and glass.
2. Structural features
The material regulating gate is made by welding carbon steel, divided into two channels: the lower channel is an inflatable layer, the upper channel is a material conveying layer, and the middle is a breathable layer. The spiral gate can adjust the gate opening freely, especially suitable for dry powder materials without viscosity, fine particle materials, etc. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, no noise, less maintenance, no jamming, easy operation and long service life.
3. Working principle
The material regulating gate is provided with air of low-pressure and small capacity by the fan, which is inflated by the inflation layer through the lower channel air inlet. The gas is evenly sprayed upwards through the boiling plate, stirring the material to move upwards. When the material falls by its own weight, the displacement is caused by the installation slope of the equipment, which repeatedly causes the material to move forward. The regulating gate is composed of a screw gate plate and sealing components. It is manually driven by a hand wheel to rotate the screw, causing the gate to move with the screw and play a role in arbitrary adjustment or cutting.
4. Operation instruction
Before installation, please check if there are any foreign objects attached to the inner chamber of the gate. If the boiling plate is damp, please replace it before installation, otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of use. Check if each transmission part is flexible and reliable. The connection between flanges needs to be equipped with sealing gaskets before evenly tightening the bolts.
During debugging, manually rotate the hand wheel clockwise to turn it off, and vice versa to turn it on. There should be no jamming during operation.
