Electric, manual, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic three-way and four-way distribution valves are widely used in the transportation of solid particles and powder materials in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry and grain.

II. Characteristics

The electric, manual, electro-hydraulic and pneumatic three-way and four-way distribution valves adopt a steel plate welding structure, which has small volume, light weight and low resistance.

By using electric push rods, electro-hydraulic push rods and pneumatic push rods, the material flow direction can be quickly switched.

III. Working principle

Electric, manual, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic three-way and four-way distribution valves are mainly composed of valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, electric push rod (electro-hydraulic push rod, pneumatic push rod or manual mechanism) and so on. During operation, the linear reciprocating motion of the electric and hydraulic push rods (manually driven by external force) drives the valve shaft and valve plate to swing at an angle through the crank, thereby achieving the goal of controlling the flow direction of materials and distributing them.

IV. Model preparation instructions

DFC electric (manual, electro-hydraulic, and pneumatic) three-way distribution valves are divided into type I and type II, both equipped with guide plates. Type I is a side three-way distribution valve, type II is a positive three-way distribution valve. And type Ⅲ and type IV are four-way distribution valves, both equipped with guide plates. Type III is a two-in two-out system, and type IV is a one- in three-out system.
