Ⅰ. Overview
Cement storage silo has a conical mixing chamber at the center of silo bottom to reduce the unloading pressure inside the silo and eliminate funnel flow. The mixing chamber is equipped with 8 to 12 feeding holes, and there are 8 to 12 inflation zones in the annular area between the mixing chamber and the silo wall so as to inflate the opposite annular area when unloading, allowing some cement to flow to the central mixing chamber. During the top-down flow process, the horizontal material layer is cut to generate gravitational mixing, which is further homogenized by continuous aeration and stirring inside the mixing chamber. The homogenization value of this silo can reach 5 to 9. Electricity consumption is 0.15~ 0.30 kwh/t.
