Pneumatic butterfly valve (Zma/scW-0.6)
Pneumatic butterfly valve (Zma/scW-0.6 type) is used in conjunction with pneumatic diaphragm and piston actuators. Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical and building materials, it can change the flow rate of liquids, gases, steam, and other media in pipelines according to different control signals, thereby achieving automatic and remote control in industrial production processes.
QDF series pneumatic double-acting butterfly valve is powered by compressed air, and the pneumatic driver drives the butterfly valve plate to rotate inside the valve body, achieving the opening and closing action of the valve. The actuator of this valve adopts Festo electromagnetic control pneumatic drive products imported from Germany. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, convenient installation, safety, fast reaction speed, selectable safety form and high cost-effectiveness and can be used in automatic control systems. The QDF series double-acting pneumatic butterfly valve is composed of a double acting pneumatic driver (including electromagnetic coil, limit switch, air circuit), butterfly valve and PLC controller.
