Linear track type loaders
Linear track type loaders include powder loaders and bulk loaders. Powder loaders are mainly used for loading powder materials such as bulk cement and fly ash, while bulk loaders are mainly used for loading cement clinker and can also be used for loading materials mixed with block and powder. The walking ship loader only moves forward and backward on the track during loading, and can align or distribute materials in the horizontal position of the loading vessel.
The walking loader is arranged vertically with the carrying vessel, and the distance it extends determines the tonnage of the loading vessel. When larger ships need to be loaded, there is a greater space for retreat, so the installation feature of this type of loader is that the longitudinal depth is large, while the transverse width is relatively small, which does not affect the operation of other equipment on the dock. The bulk head of the ship loader can be fully moved back to the shore before and after the loading operation, so there is no interference with the bridge and mast of the ship.
Structural characteristics
The linear rail loader is a kind of efficient continuous loading equipment. It is composed of tail car, rotary mechanism, telescopic chute system, boom system, portal frame, lower support beam, boom pitching system, boom telescopic system, belt conveyor system, crane traveling system, support system, dust removal device, windproof anchor and anti-slide protection, wind proof cable system, cab, electrical room, electrical system, lubrication system, platform walkway and ladder and so on.
The working principle of this machine is to arrange the tail truck feeding system parallel to the dock, and the rotating mechanism adopts rotatable rotating bearings, which are installed on the walking platform. The materials are transported to the head by the belt conveyor on the ship loader, and then fall through the telescopic chute to load the ship. The entire loading operation method is fixed vessel relocation. This machine is installed on the front track of the dock, and the tail car is driven by the crane walking system to move in a straight line along the shore track and be dragged forward (backward). During the loading process, the coverage of different types of loaded ships in various directions of cabin length and cabin width can be achieved through the individual or combined actions of three mechanisms: crane walking, boom telescopic rotation and boom pitch, achieving the purpose of loading. In addition, the actions of the boom pitch and telescopic chute mechanisms can adapt to different water levels and changes in the height of the loaded ship's materials.
