1. Overview
The unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse consists of a spiral gate at the bottom of the warehouse, a distribution box at the bottom of the warehouse, an electric (pneumatic) switch valve, an electric flow control valve and a unloading slide (see Figure 1), which is used for unloading cement raw meal powder or cement at the bottom of the warehouse.
The unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse can automatically adjust the unloading flow and is uniform, the structure is reasonable, the operation and maintenance are simple and convenient, three unloading ports can be set, and the user can also choose the unloading device at the side of the warehouse (see Figure 2).
The sealing structure of the unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse can be divided into two forms: soft seal and rigid seal. The soft sealing structure is sealed between the valve core and the valve body by means of wool felt compression. The rigid sealing structure is connected at the inlet end of the discharge. A steel arc seal is installed between the connector and the valve core, which is closely connected with the valve core to achieve rigid sealing. The sealing gap can be adjusted, which is more suitable for occasions with higher frequency of action and higher temperature. The sealing effect is good and the service life is long.
