Long-distance curved belt conveyor is a product specially designed on the basis of DTII and DTII (A) fixed belt conveyors for specific conditions. Usually, the belt conveyor must be laid in a straight line along the plane direction; otherwise it will deviate and cannot operate.
Long-distance curved belt conveyor adopts curved running line to bypass obstacles or unfavorable sections, cancels the middle transport station, makes the power supply and control of the system more centralized, reduces power consumption and dust pollution and so on in the middle of transferring materials, and makes equipment maintenance and operation more convenient. With its unique advantages, it is gradually being applied in industries such as off-road mining, ports, and underground coal mines, suitable for long-distance transportation of various loose materials and finished items.
The long-distance curved belt conveyor is based on theoretical calculations and uses specially designed local components to achieve planar or spatial turning of the belt conveyor. It basically adopts the components of ordinary belt conveyors, and its main technical parameters are similar to ordinary belt conveyors. Except for the turning part, the rest of the structure is basically the same as ordinary belt conveyors. The off-road part of the conveyor adopts an overall truss or split truss structure. Generally, it is more than 3 meters above the ground, and can also be directly arranged on the ground. According to the actual process parameters, choose the maintenance walkway or inspection car for maintenance.
