Arc track type ship loader
The arc track type ship loader is efficient continuous loading equipment，which is widely used in industries such as cement, grain, gravel and coal. The front trestle track of the arc type ship loader is in an arc shape. The distance between the center of the front end rotary trolley of the ship loader and the center of the rear end pier column is unchanged, and the materials are loaded by the belt conveyor inside the swinging shipping cantilever. The length of the dock shoreline and the length of the apron belt conveyor required by this type of ship loader are significantly reduced compared to mobile ship loaders, thus saving dock construction costs. The adaptability to ship types is also better than that of rotary disc loaders, with high loading efficiency, so it is adopted by large bulk coal or ore terminals.
Structural characteristiThe arc track type ship loader is composed of telescopic chute system, arm frame system, gantry, arm frame telescopic mechanism, belt conveyor system, crane traveling system, rear slewing support, windproof anchor, driver's cab, electrical room, electrical system, auxiliary structures, lubrication system, dust removal device and other parts.
Working principle: The rear feeding belt conveyor is aligned with the material receiving point at the rotating center of the rear slewing support of the ship loader, and the material is transported to the head through the belt conveyor on the ship loader, and then falls through the telescopic chute to load the ship. During the loading process, the coverage of different types of loaded ships in various directions of cabin length and cabin width can be achieved through individual or combined actions of mechanisms such as crane walking, boom extension, chute extension and boom pitch, achieving the purpose of loading. In addition, the combination of the pitch mechanism and the telescopic chute mechanism can adapt to different water levels and changes in the height of the loaded ship's materials.
